Self-respect is the cornerstone of success and teens can sometimes struggle with self-esteem, judging themselves harshly. Respect is a cornerstone value in the martial arts. Instructors and fellow students treat each teen with respect and support them in developing their self-respect. Your teen will learn that when they respect themselves, others will respect them.
