Adult's Program
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will teach you the art of self-defense, as well as develop strength and endurance, improve mobility, and discover an empowering new way of moving and using your body. You will develop a fundamental connection with your body and mind by learning Jiu-Jitsu. At Six Blades Pacific Beach, we offer Jiu-Jitsu for all levels.

Youth Program
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will develop your child’s coordination, endurance, and confidence while having fun and building a healthy relationship with exercise. Jiu-Jitsu teaches character, kindness, toughness, discipline, and respect for others and themselves. At Six Blades Pacific Beach, we teach your child techniques to recognize, neutralize, and stand up to bullying.
